MEETING of the Ordinance Subcommittee of the Town Council to be held Thursday, November 12, 2009 at 4:00 P.M. in the Town Building, 105 Harrisville Main St., Harrisville, RI 02830.

MEMBERS ABSENT:
1) That the question of approving minutes of the regular meeting of the Ordinance Subcommittee held on October 8, 2009, and the question of dispensing with the reading of said minutes; be now taken up.
2) Consider/act on proposed amendments to Chapter 4, Animals
3) Correspondence from Councilor Kevin D. Heitke regarding his proposal to consider amendments to the tax exemption/credit ordinance(s).
4) Consideration and discussion related to procedures for sale of surplus land.
5) Review and discuss the items proposed for future meetings
6) Adjournment
