· Nipmuc Trail:
o Maintenance items to be resolved.
o Posting of seasonal hunting signs.

· Zambarano Dam:
o Review of Wallum Lake water use policy and change that might occur with cooperation from the Douglas Conservation Commission.
o Installation of water level gage.
o Installation of Dam side fencing enclosure.
· Welcome to Burrillville-Gateway Project:
o Getting immediate access through the Adopt a Spot program.
o RIDOT updates.

· Budget Items:
o Town Manager’s budget report by Chairman.
o Discussion on creating a CIP budget.
· BCC & BLT co-sponsorship of URI's Well Water Workshop. Review of dates, locations, content and advertising;
· Review of the RIDEM Wetland Permit for an alteration of wetlands along Benedict Road.
· 2004 Conservation Commission Holiday Party update.
· New member appointment.
