- 8:05 Public Hearing – Robert Cornish – DEP#117-0303 – 109 Cubles Drive – Mark Farrell representative – place boulders along the shore/water – pave patio – boulder wall – natural look – stabilize slope up top with grass – use excavator with thumb to place excavated concrete in truck to be taken away – no storing on site – remove existing cement steps – BCC concerned about erosion controls – use of sand bags, hay bales, BCC requires more information on erosion control measures and removal of existing cement steps – where is the machine to be positioned – how are they getting in – removal to be done from upland – tight area need more information on the mythology of how the wetlands will be protected – Lee Goodspeed as an
abutter addresses his concerns of his land – concerned about the water level repair – motion made by Roger deBruyn to continue discussion for 15 minutes more –motion 2nd by Jeff Buckel – vote taken – 4 yes 0 no 0 abstain – motion carries for a 15 minute discussion – Applicant and the representative to submit more information (both narrative and marked on plans) address the erosion control measures – applicant to look at this project as a repair and not new – Motion made by Jeff Buckel to continue this hearing to 2/23/09 at 7:50 pm for time to receive information requested and information from MESA & Chapter 91 – motion 2nd by Joe Collins – No further discussion - vote taken 4 yes 0 no 0 abstain – motion carries
- 9:45 pm Lee Goodspeed joins as a member of the board - Motion made by Jeff Buckel to look into purchasing a projector and lab top - motion 2nd by Roger deBruyn –no further discussion – vote taken 5 yes 0 no 0 abstain – motion carries
- 9:57 pm motion made by Jeff Buckel to sign payroll voucher – 2nd by Joe Collins – no further discussion – vote taken – 5 yes 0 no 0 abstain – motion carries
- 10.00 pm motion made by Lee Goodspeed to sign payable voucher for the amount of $250.00 for office supplies – motion 2nd by Roger deBruyn – No further discussion - vote taken – 5 yes 0 no 0 abstain – motion carries
