An application for a building permit to legalize a one story roof overhang at an existing single-family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 8A, Front Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
Next Meeting: The next Zoning Board of Appeals meeting is scheduled for April 10, 2019 with a submission date of February 22, 2019.
Please note the meeting will be held at the William J. Vescio Community Center at 1 Library Road.
