An application for a building permit to legalize a one story roof overhang at an existing single-family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 8A, Front Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.

An application for a building permit to construct a two bay garage with storage and gym areas to the existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 8A Front Yard Minimum Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2 and Column 9A, One Side Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.

An application for a building permit to install a new in-ground swimming pool at an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Section 220.9, Regulations of Swimming Pools; paragraph B. (2) of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.

An application for a building permit to construct a roof covering over an existing front stair platform at an existing single-family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 8, Front Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.  


Next Meeting: The next Zoning Board of Appeals meeting is scheduled for February 5, 2019 with a submission date of December 21, 2018.
