An application for a building permit to construct a three bay garage with storage area on the main level and unfinished attic storage above with a small bump out addition to the existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 8A Rear Yard Minimum Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2 and Column 9A, One Side Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
Next Meeting: The next Zoning Board of Appeals meeting is scheduled for April 4, 2018 with a submission date of February 24, 2018.
Please note the meeting will be held at the William J. Vescio Community Center at 1 Library Road.
