An application for a building permit to legalize a basement living space in an existing single-family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 2, Permitted Principal Uses in an R-60A Zone of Schedule 220 Attachment 2:1 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
Next Meeting: The next Zoning Board of Appeals meeting is scheduled for December 5, 2017 with a submission date of October 27, 2017.
Please note the meeting will be held at the William J. Vescio Community Center at 1 Library Road.
