An application for a building permit to install Solar Energy Collectors on an existing retail shopping center is denied due to nonconformity with Section 220-9.1 Regulation of Solar Energy Collectors of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor. Application is canceled due to a lack of quorum and will be rescheduled and re-noticed.
- V-11-2016 - Manganello 120 Aspinwall Road
An application for a building permit to construct a carport at an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 9, One Side Yard Dimension of Schedule 220 Attachment 2:1 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor. Application is canceled due to a lack of quorum and will be rescheduled and re-noticed.
Next Meeting: The next Zoning Board of Appeals meeting is scheduled for February 7, 2017 with a submission date of December 22, 2016.
