An application for a building permit to legalize an in-ground swimming pool and storage shed at an existing single family dwelling was denied due to nonconformity with Section 220.9, Regulations of Swimming Pools; paragraph B. (2) and Column 13, Minimum Distance in Feet from Accessory Building to Street Line of Schedule 220 Attachment 2:1 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
Next Meeting: The next Zoning Board of Appeals meeting is scheduled for December 2016 with a submission date of October 21, 2016.
Please note the meeting will be held at the William J. Vescio Community Center at 1 Library Road.
