  • V-5-2016        -       Gebicki         866 Pleasantville Road
An application for a building permit to construct a new detached two car garage at an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 11 Rear Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions and Column 9 One Side Yard Minimum Yard Dimension of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
