An application to construct one and two story additions to an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 9A, One Side Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions and Column 10A, Two Side Yard Minimum Combined Yard Dimensions of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
