An application for a Building Permit for additions and alterations to an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Footnote 3b, Maximum Gross Floor Area of Schedule 220:A5 Column 10, Two Side Yards Combined Dimensions of Schedule 220:A5 and Column 11A, Rear Yard Maximum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220:A5 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor for lots with buildings with gross floor area less than or equal to 3,500 square feet.
2. V-3-2008 - Moraglia 23 Hall Road
An application to construct a front porch to an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 8, Front Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220:A5 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor for lots with buildings with gross floor area less than or equal to 3,500 square feet.
Next Meeting: The next Zoning Board of Appeals meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1, 2008 with a submission date of February 19, 2008.
