Board of Trustees

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Briarcliff Manor, New York was held in the Village of Briarcliff Manor Village Hall, 1111 Pleasantville Road, Briarcliff Manor, New York on the 1st day of July, 2014 commencing at 7:45 a.m.

Philip Zegarelli, Village Manager
Absent
William J. Vescio, Mayor
Lori A. Sullivan, Deputy Mayor
Upon motion by Trustee DeRose, seconded by Trustee Wilson, the Board voted unanimously to open the Special Meeting at 7:58a.m.
Board of Trustees Meeting Adjournment
Upon motion by Trustee Pohar, seconded by Trustee Wilson, the Board voted unanimously to approve the following resolution:
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees (“Board”) of the Village of Briarcliff Manor has a regular meeting scheduled for July~2, 2014; and
WHEREAS, personal circumstances prevent a quorum of the Board from being present at that Board meeting scheduled for July~2, 2014;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT:
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees meeting scheduled for July~2, 2014, shall not be held; and further
RESOLVED, that all public hearings, awards of bid, bond resolutions, appointments approvals, and other items of business on the published agenda for that Board of Trustees meeting scheduled for July~2, 2104, are adjourned, continued, and carried over to the next regular Board of Trustees meeting scheduled for July~16, 2014.
Adjournment
Upon motion by Trustee DeRose, seconded by Trustee Wilson, the Board voted unanimously to close the Special Meeting at 8:01a.m.
