The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Briarcliff Manor, New York was held in the Village of Briarcliff Manor Village Hall, at 1111 Pleasantville Road, Briarcliff Manor, New York of the 7th of December 2011 commencing at 7:30 p.m.

Board of Trustees Announcements by Mayor Vescio
- The precast culverts will be delivered for the North State Road Project and hopefully will move rapidly towards completion.
- Scarborough Station Parking Permits are on sale and extended hours are being offered on December 17th from 9am-12pm and December 21st and 28th from 4:30pm-7pm.
- The Westchester County Mobile Shredder will be at Village Hall on Saturday, December 10th from 10am-1pm.
- Overnight parking restrictions are in effect.
- Winter is upon us. Please drive safely and remind your teenagers and young adults to do the same.
- Village Taxes are due by January 3, 2012.
- The FY10-11 Financial Statement is available on the Village website.
Village Managers Report by Village Manager Zegarelli
A brief status update of the North State Road Project was given.
- Storm debris pickup has ended. Please bundle sticks and brush.
- The Village DPW is working continuously to pick up leaves. Residents are asked to bring it to the curb but not into the street. Please don’t blow leaves in the street. Summonses have been issued.
- The Full Water Supply Project is in its final phase.
- The paving project on Scarborough Road has been completed.

There were no public comments.
Authorize Village Manager to Execute an Agreement for Animal Control Services – SPCA
Upon motion by Trustee Sullivan, seconded by Trustee Mayer, the Board voted unanimously to approve the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute an Agreement with the SPCA of Westchester, Inc. for animal control services for 2012 for an annual contract amount of $7,001.28.
Acceptance of Donation from the Friends of the Library to Purchase Laptops for the Library
The Board thanked the Friends of the Library for their donation and requested the Village Manager to contact the Little League to formally donate their items for McCrum Field.
Upon motion by Trustee Mayer, seconded by Deputy Mayor Venditti, the Board voted unanimously to approve the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees hereby accepts a donation in the amount of $1,132 from the Friends of the Library for the purposes of purchasing 2 laptop computers for use at the Briarcliff Manor Public Library.

The November 16, 2011 minutes were tabled to the next meeting.
Adjournment
The Board wished everyone a happy, healthy and peaceful holiday season.
Upon motion by Trustee Sullivan, seconded by Trustee Mayer, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn the regular meeting at 7:48pm.
