Board of Trustees

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Briarcliff Manor, New York was held in the Village of Briarcliff Manor Village Hall 1111 Pleasantville Road, Briarcliff Manor, New York on the 26th day of October, 2010 commencing at 8:15 p.m.
Present
William Vescio, Mayor
David Venditti, Deputy Mayor
Anthony Capasso, Trustee
Lori Sullivan, Trustee
Also Present
Philip Zegarelli, Village Manager
Absent
Robert Mayer, Trustee
Upon motion by Trustee Capasso, seconded by Sullivan, the Board voted unanimously to open the Special Meeting as the Board of Police Commissioners at 8:15pm.
Upon motion by Deputy Mayor Venditti, seconded by Trustee Capasso, the Board voted unanimously 4-0 to approve the following resolution:
authorize Village Manager to Execute a Stipulation Agreement with police officer b
WHEREAS, the Village of Briarcliff Manor Board of Trustees, acting as Trustees and/or as the Board of Police Commissioners, does hereby authorize a Stipulation Agreement with Police Officer B.
Upon motion Trustee Sullivan, seconded by Trustee Capasso, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn the Special Meeting of the Board of Police Commissioners at 8:18pm.
Upon motion Trustee Capasso, seconded by Deputy Mayor Venditti, the Board voted unanimously to close the Special Meeting at 8:18pm.
