REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
- PB-5-2017- DZIEGELEWSKI – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to review an application for an approval of a 3 lot subdivision for a 3.85-acre property located at 363 Long Hill Road. TO BE ADJOURNED TO THE JANUARY MEETING.
- PB-12-2018 – TUCCI– VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-15, PROTECTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES REVIEW (STEEP SLOPES APPROVAL): The Planning Board will review an application for a steep slopes permit to construct a deck and retaining walls in the rear yard at an existing single family dwelling. The property is located at 92 Schrade Road.
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.

- NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for Tuesday, January 8, 2019. The next submission date for applicants is December 21, 2018.
