REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
- PB-5-2017- DZIEGELEWSKI – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to review an application for an approval of a 3 lot subdivision for a 3.85-acre property located at 363 Long Hill Road.
- PB-10-2018 - GILROY –SITE PLAN APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for Site Plan Approval to construct a portico at an existing single-family dwelling. The property is located at 18 Jackson Road.
- ZBA CASES:
- V-4-2018 - Elwood 89 Hazelton Circle
An application for a building permit to legalize a one story dining/family addition at the rear of an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 11, Rear Yard Minimum Yard Dimension of Schedule 220 Attachment 2:1 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
- MINUTES
- NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for Tuesday, October 9, 2018. The next submission date for applicants is September 21, 2018.
