REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.

  • PB-5-2017- DZIEGELEWSKI – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for an approval of a 3 lot subdivision for a 3.85-acre property located at 363 Long Hill Road.  
  • PB-5-2013 – SALEH – VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-15, PROTECTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES REVIEW (STEEP SLOPES APPROVAL) The Planning Board will review an application for amended Steep Slopes Permit approval.  The property is located at 22 Ridgecrest Road.
  • PB-1-2015 – CHATTERBOX 54 –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL:  The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit.  The property is located at 1201-1203 Pleasantville Road.
  • PB-6-2018 – GREEN’S NATURAL FOODS – SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL:  The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit.  The property is located at 97 North State Road.
  • PB-7-2018 – WEISS – SITE PLAN APPROVAL:  The Planning Board will review an application for Site Plan Approval to add additions and alterations to an existing single-family dwelling.  The property is located at 13 Greenwood Court.
  • PB-8-2018 – ROHDE – VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-9.3 MANDATORY TREE PLANTING PLAN (MTPP): The Planning Board will review an application for a tree-planting plan additions and alterations to an existing single-family dwelling.  The property is located at 369 Long Hill Road.

An application for a building permit to construct a fence at an existing single-family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 3, Permitted Accessory Uses, Item 11, fences and walls not permitted in excess of four (4) feet in height in the front yard, of Schedule 220 Attachment 1 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
