REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.


  • PB-5-2017- DZIEGELEWSKI – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for an approval of a 3 lot subdivision for a 3.85-acre property located at 363 Long Hill Road. ADJOURNED TO JULY 10, 2018.  
  • PB-5-2013 – SALEH – VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-15, PROTECTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES REVIEW (STEEP SLOPES APPROVAL) The Planning Board will review an application for amended Steep Slopes Permit approval.  The property is located at 22 Ridgecrest Road.
  • PB-1-2015 – CHATTERBOX 54 –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL:  The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit.  The property is located at 1201-1203 Pleasantville Road.
  • PB-5-2018 – ONLY U NAILS & SPA – SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL:  The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit.  The property is located at 1880 Pleasantville Road.
  • VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT:  The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
  • NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for Tuesday, July 10, 2018. The next submission date for applicants is June 22, 2018.
