REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
- PB-5-2017- DZIEGELEWSKI – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will reopen a Public Hearing to review an application for an approval of a 3 lot subdivision for a 3.85-acre property located at 363 Long Hill Road.
- PB-3-2018 – THE WHITE PLAINS PIANO & ORGAN COMPANY – SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located at 1230 Pleasantville Road.
- PB-1-2015 – CHATTERBOX 54 –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located at 1201-1203 Pleasantville Road.
- PB-4-2018 – NY WATER SPA INC. – SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located at 127 Woodside Avenue.
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
- MINUTES
- NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for Tuesday, June 12, 2018. The next submission date for applicants is May 25, 2018.
