REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
- PB-5-2017- DZIEGELEWSKI – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for an approval of a 3 lot subdivision for a 3.85-acre property located at 363 Long Hill Road.
- PB-5-2013 – SALEH – VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-15, PROTECTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES REVIEW (STEEP SLOPES APPROVAL) The Planning Board will review an application for a Steep Slopes Permit to relocate retaining walls. The property is located at 22 Ridgecrest Road.
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
- MINUTES
- NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for Tuesday, April 10, 2018. The next submission date for applicants is March 23, 2018.
