REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.

  • PB-5-2017- DZIEGELEWSKI – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for an approval of a 3 lot subdivision for a 3.85-acre property located at 363 Long Hill Road.
  • PB-10-2017 – SARAIVA–VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-9.2 MANDATORY TREE PLANTING PLAN (MTPP) AND VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-15, PROTECTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES REVIEW (STEEP SLOPES APPROVAL): The Planning Board will review an application for a tree-planting plan and an application for a steep slopes permit to construct a new single-family dwelling.  The property is located at 826 Long Hill Road.  
  • PB-4-2015 – CAPPELLO (205 S. HIGHLAND AVENUE) –SITE PLAN APPROVAL:  The Planning Board will review an application for Site Plan Approval to construct a new 2 story commercial building.  The property is located at 205 S. Highland Avenue.
  • PB-5-2013 – SALEH –SITE PLAN AMENDMENT The Planning Board will review an application to amend a Site Plan to relocate retaining walls.  The property is located at 22 Ridgecrest Road.
  • PB-12-2017 – SANZENBACHER– SITE PLAN AMENDMENT, VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 131 (FRESHWATER WETLANDS PERMIT) VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-9.2 MANDATORY TREE PLANTING PLAN (MTPP) AND VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-15, PROTECTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES REVIEW (STEEP SLOPES APPROVAL): The Planning Board will review an application for site plan approval, a freshwater wetlands permit, a tree-planting plan and an application for a steep slopes permit to construct an in ground swimming pool, terraces and pool house at an existing single family dwelling.  The property is located at 45 Austin Place.  
  • PB-11-2017 – PUTNAM ORTHODONTICS – SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL:  The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit.  The property is located at 1870 Pleasantville Road.
  • VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT:  The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
  • NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for TUESDAY November 14, 2017. The next submission date for applicants is October 27, 2017.
