REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
- PB-5-2017- DZIEGELEWSKI – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will continue a Public Hearing to review an application for an approval of a 3 lot subdivision for a 3.85 acre property located at 363 Long Hill Road.
- PB-7-2017- SINGH – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will continue a Public Hearing to review an application for an approval of a 2 lot subdivision for a 2.18 acre property located at 190 Long Hill Road.
- PB-8-2017- JOHNSEN – VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-15, PROTECTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES REVIEW (STEEP SLOPES APPROVAL): The Planning Board will review an application for a steep slopes permit to construct a deck at an existing single family dwelling. The property is located at 48 Peach Tree Lane.
- Draft AMENDMENT TO THE Comprehensive Plan Discussion: The Planning Board will discuss the Draft of the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan referred to them by the Board of Trustees.
- ZBA CASES:
- V-2-2017 - Battacharia – 16 Holbrook Road
An application for a building permit to legalize a basement living space addition to an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 2 Permitted Principal Uses in an R-60A Zone of Schedule 220:A1 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
- MINUTES
- NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for TUESDAY August 8, 2017. The next submission date for applicants is July 21, 2017.
