REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
- PB-8-2013- BRIARCLIFF VENTURES – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will continue a Public Hearing to review an application for an approval of a 3 lot subdivision for a 6.22 acre property located at 51 Central Drive.
- PB-5-2017- DZIEGELEWSKI – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to review an application for an approval of a 3 lot subdivision for a 3.85 acre property located at 363 Long Hill Road.
- PB-6-2017 – SARANG7 – SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located at 320 Chappaqua Road.
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
- NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for TUESDAY July 11, 2017. The next submission date for applicants is June 23, 2017.
