REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
- PB-1-2017 – BRIARCLIFF MARKET & DELI – SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located at 1136 Pleasantville Road.
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.

An application for a building permit to install Solar Energy Collectors on an existing retail shopping center is denied due to nonconformity with Section 220-9.1 Regulation of Solar Energy Collectors of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.

An application for a building permit to construct a carport at an existing
single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 9, One
Side Yard Dimension of Schedule 220 Attachment 2:1 of the Code of the
Village of Briarcliff Manor.
- V-1-2017 - Manganello 184 Sleepy Hollow Road
An application for a building permit to construct a two story bathroom
addition at an existing single family dwelling is denied due to
nonconformity with Column 9A, One Side Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions
of Schedule 220 Attachment 2:1 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff
Manor.
- NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for TUESDAY February 14, 2017. The next submission date for applicants is January 20, 2017.
