REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
- PB-5-2016 – ADVANCE AUTO PARTS – SITE PLAN AND SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a site plan approval for alterations at an existing commercial property in the B-2 zone. The property is located at 231 Albany Post Road.
- PB-10-2016 – ST. THERESA’S CHURCH –SPECIAL USE PERMIT REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Board will provide a recommendation to the Board of Trustees for an amendment to a Special Use Permit. The property is located at 1394 Pleasantville Road.
- PB-11-2016 – OLIVERI – SITE PLAN APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a site plan approval to elevate an existing single family dwelling. The property is located at 4 Ash Road.

An application for a building permit to install Solar Energy Collectors on an existing retail shopping center is denied due to nonconformity with Section 220-9.1 Regulation of Solar Energy Collectors of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
- V-11-2016 - Manganello 120 Aspinwall Road
An application for a building permit to legalize an existing in-ground pool and storage shed is denied due to nonconformity with Column 9, One Side Yard Dimension of Schedule 220 Attachment 2:1 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
- MINUTES
- NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for December 13, 2016. The next submission date for applicants is November 23, 2016.
