REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
- PB-5-2016 – ADVANCE AUTO PARTS – SITE PLAN AND SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a site plan approval for alterations at an existing commercial property in the B-2 zone. The property is located at 231 Albany Post Road.
- PB-8-2013- BRIARCLIFF VENTURES – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for an approval of a 4 lot subdivision for a 6.22 acre property located at 51 Central Drive.
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
- MINUTES
- NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for WEDNESDAY November 9, 2016. The next submission date for applicants is October 21, 2016.
