REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.

  • PB-5-2016 – ADVANCE AUTO PARTS – SITE PLAN APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a site plan approval for alterations at an existing commercial property in the B-2 zone.  The property is located at 231 Albany Post Road.
  • PB-9-2016 – HUDSON MOTORS –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL:  The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit.  The property is located at 1168 Pleasantville Road.
  • ZBA CASES:
  • V-10-2016       -       DeLitta/Kosits          23 Spruce Road
An application for a building permit to legalize an existing in-ground pool and storage shed is denied due to nonconformity with Section 220.9, Regulations of Swimming Pools; paragraph B. (2) and Column 13, Minimum Distance in Feet from Accessory Building to Street Line of Schedule 220 Attachment 2:1 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.  

  • VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT:  The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
  • MINUTES
  • NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for THURSDAY October 13, 2016. The next submission date for applicants is September 23, 2016.
