REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
- PB-3-2016 – MARESCO – SITE PLAN APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a site plan approval for the construction of a two story rear addition over an existing stone patio at an existing single family dwelling. The property is located at 14 Lewiston Court.
- PB-4-2016 – PENNEY – SITE PLAN APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a site plan approval for additions and alterations at an existing single family dwelling. The property is located at 3 Huntington Court.
- PB-5-2016 – ADVANCED AUTO PARTS – SITE PLAN APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a site plan approval for alterations at an existing commercial property in the B-2 zone. The property is located at 231 Albany Post Road.
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
- MINUTES
- NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for July 12, 2016. The next submission date for applicants is June 24, 2016.
