- PB-2-2016 – BRIARWOOD CENTER –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located at 430-466 North State Road.

An application for a building permit to construct a one story addition at the right rear corner of an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 9 One Side Yard Minimum Yard Dimension of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
- V-5-2016 - Gebicki 866 Pleasantville Road
An application for a building permit to construct a new detached two car garage at an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 11 Rear Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
