REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.

  • PB-1-2008- THE CLUB AT BRIARCLIFF MANOR AMENDED SITE PLAN, WETLAND, STEEP SLOPE REVIEW (BRIARCLIFF MANOR INVESTORS LLC and INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT GROUP LLC”):  The Planning Board will review an application from Briarcliff Manor Investors LLC and Integrated Development Group LLC for an amendment to the site plan approval previously granted for a Senior Care Community containing a total of 385 living units and support facilities on this site. The amendment will provide for a phased development of the site and approval of an interim development plan. The property is located at Scarborough Road, Lodge Road, and Central Drive and was formerly owned by The Kings College.
  • PB-1-2016 – COGSWELL – VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-9.2 MANDATORY TREE PLANTING PLAN (MTPP): The Planning Board will review an application for a tree planting plan to construct a new single family dwelling.  The property is located at 51 Becker Lane.

An application for a building permit to replace and enlarge a two tier open wood deck, to add a new front portico and make alterations to a front façade at an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Footnote 3B, Maximum Gross Floor Area, Column 8A, Front Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions, Column 9A One Side Yard Minimum Yard Dimension and Column 10A Two Side Yards Combined Minimum Yard Dimensions of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.

An application for a building permit to make additions and alterations to an existing single family dwelling including the construction of a detached two car garage, a one story addition on the left side (pool room), a one story addition in the front of the house (powder room), a one story rear addition (kitchen corner) and a second story rear addition (master bedroom) is denied due to nonconformity with Column 9A One Side Yard Minimum Yard Dimension of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.  

  • VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT:  The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
