REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.

  • PB-9-2015 – BRIARCLIFF CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL:  The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit.  The property is located at 30 South State Road.
  • PB-10-2015 – BRIARCLIFF GROCERY OWNERS, LLC (ACME) –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL:  The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit.  The property is located at 1886 Pleasantville Road.
  • PB-11-2015 – HORGAN – VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-9.2 MANDATORY TREE PLANTING PLAN (MTPP) AND VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-15, PROTECTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES REVIEW (STEEP SLOPES APPROVAL): The Planning Board will review an application for a tree planting plan and an application for a steep slopes permit to construct a new single family dwelling.  The property is located at 57 Becker Lane.  
  • PB-12-2015 – SLEEPY HOLLOW COUNTRY CLUB – SITE PLAN AMENDMENT: The Planning Board will review an application to amend a site plan for the installation of tennis court lighting.  The property is located at 777 Albany Post Road.

An application for a building permit to install Solar Energy Collectors at an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Section 220.9.1, Regulations of Solar Energy Collectors; paragraph C. of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
