REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
- PB-5-2015 – LOS ABUELOS –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located at 197 South Highland Avenue.
- PB-6-2015 - URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES (MOOYAH) –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located at 1876 Pleasantville Road.
- PB-7-2015 – SCARBOROUGH PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH – SITE PLAN AMENDMENT AND SPECIAL USE PERMIT REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Board will provide a recommendation to the Board of Trustees for an amendment to a Special Use Permit and review an application to amend a site plan. The property is located at 671 Scarborough Road.
- PB-8-2015 - GILROY –SITE PLAN APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for Site Plan Approval to legalize the enclosure of a screened in patio at an existing single family dwelling. The property is located on the corner 18 Jackson Road.
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.

- NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for September 8, 2015. The next submission date for applicants is August 21, 2015.
