REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
- PB-13-2005 PAC WATER CORP- SUBDIVISION: The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to review an application for a re-approval of a conservation subdivision for a 26 acre property located on Cedar Drive East and Long Hill Road East. Final conservation subdivision plat approval for the premises was dated October 9, 2007 and a seventh approval was granted on May 13, 2014.
- PB-1-2015 – JOE PANDOLFO (CHATTERBOX 54) –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located at 1201-1203 Pleasantville Road.
- PB-4-2015 – CAPPELLO (205 S. HIGHLAND AVENUE) –SITE PLAN APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for Site Plan Approval to construct a new 2 story commercial building. The property is located at 205 S. Highland Avenue
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
- MINUTES
- NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for August 11, 2015. The next submission date for applicants is July 24, 2015.
