REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
- PB-6-2010 - URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES–SITE PLAN AMENDMENT: The Planning Board will review an application to amend a site plan to make changes to a façade. The property is located at 1880 Pleasantville Road.
- PB-1-2015 – JOE PANDOLFO (CHATTERBOX 54) –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located at 1201-1203 Pleasantville Road.
- PB-8-2013- BRIARCLIFF VENTURES – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for an approval of a 4 lot subdivision for a 6.22 acre property located at 51 Central Drive.
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
- MINUTES
- NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for June 9, 2015. The next submission date for applicants is May 22, 2015.
