REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
1. PB-6-2010 - URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES–SITE PLAN AMENDMENT: The Planning Board will review an application to amend a site plan to make changes to a façade. The property is located at 1880 Pleasantville Road.
2. PB-15-2014 - URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES (FREESTANDING SIGN AT ORCHARD ROAD) –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located on the corner Pleasantville Road and Orchard Road.

· V-7-2014 - Yang 320 Elm Road
An application for a building permit to install a new in-ground swimming pool at an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Section 220.9, Regulations of Swimming Pools; paragraph B. (2) of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
· V-5-2014 (Revised)- Mischenko 91 Chestnut Hill Lane

4. VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
