REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
1. PB-6-2010 - URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES–SITE PLAN AMENDMENT: The Planning Board will review an application to amend a site plan to make changes to a façade. The property is located at 1880 Pleasantville Road.
2. PB-15-2014 - URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES (FREESTANDING SIGN AT ORCHARD ROAD) –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located on the corner Pleasantville Road and Orchard Road.
3. PB-16-2014 - URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES (SHERWIN-WILLIAMS PAINTS) –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located at 1908 Pleasantville Road.
4. PB-13-2014 - MISCHENKO –VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-15, PROTECTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES REVIEW (STEEP SLOPES APPROVAL): The Planning Board will review an application for a steep slopes permit to install an in-ground pool at an existing single family dwelling. The property is located at 91 Chestnut Hill Lane.
5. PB-14-2014 – SOLOMON/MILLAR –VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-15, PROTECTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES REVIEW (STEEP SLOPES APPROVAL): The Planning Board will review an application for a steep slopes permit to install an in-ground pool at an existing single family dwelling. The property is located at 323 Elm Road.

· V-4-2014 - Anteby 61 Old Sleepy Hollow Road
An application for a building permit to enclose an existing carport at an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 9 One Side Yard Minimum Yard Dimension of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
· V-5-2014 - Mischenko 91 Chestnut Hill Lane
An application for a building permit to install a new in-ground swimming pool at an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Section 220.9, Regulations of Swimming Pools; paragraph B. (2) of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
· V-6-2014 - Baker 2 Scarborough Road
An application for a building permit for a shed at an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 13, Street Line of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
7. VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.

9. NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for December 9, 2014. The next submission date for applicants is November 21, 2014.
