REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
1. PB-6-2010 - URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES–SITE PLAN AMENDMENT: The Planning Board will review an application to amend a site plan to make changes to a façade. The property is located at 1880 Pleasantville Road.
2. PB-3-2014 - URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES (CVS) –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located on the corner Pleasantville Road and Orchard Road.
3. ZBA CASES:
V-4-2014 - Anteby 61 Old Sleepy Hollow Road
An application for a building permit to enclose an existing carport at an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 9 One Side Yard Minimum Yard Dimension of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
4. VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
5. NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for October 14, 2014. The next submission date for applicants is September 26, 2014.
