REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
1. PB-2-2014 - URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES (RADIO SHACK) –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located at 1880 Pleasantville Road.
2. PB-3-2014 - URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES (CVS) –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located on the corner Pleasantville Road and Orchard Road.
3. PB-8-2011 PRAEGER- SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a 90 day extension of two lot subdivision for a 5.9 acre property. The original approval was granted on October 11, 2011 and reapproved on September 10, 2013. The property is located at 57 Becker Lane.
4. VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
