REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.

1.      PB-13-2005 PAC WATER CORP- SUBDIVISION: The Planning Board will hold a public hearing and review an application for a re-approval of a conservation subdivision for a 26 acre property located on Cedar Drive East and Long Hill Road East.  Final conservation subdivision plat approval for the premises was dated October 9, 2007 and a sixth approval was granted on May 14, 2013.  

2.      PB-8-2013- BRIARCLIFF VENTURES – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for an approval of a 4 lot subdivision for a 6.22 acre property located at 51 Central Drive.

3.      PB-2-2014 - URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES (RADIO SHACK) –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL:  The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit.  The property is located at 1880 Pleasantville Road.

4.      PB-3-2014 - URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES (CVS) –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL:  The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit.  The property is located on the corner Pleasantville Road and Orchard Road.

5.      PB-1-2008-THE CLUB AT BRIARCLIFF MANOR AMENDED SPECIAL USE PERMIT RECOMMENDATION: ~Briarcliff Manor Investors LLC and Integrated Development Group LLC (The Club at Briarcliff Manor) has filed for an amendment to the Third Amended and Restated Special Permit and Tree Removal Permit.  The Planning Board will review the Special Use Permit and provide recommendation to the Board of Trustees. ~The property is located at Scarborough Road, Lodge Road, and Central Drive and was formerly owned by The Kings College.

6.      ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT- The Board of Trustees has requested that the Planning Board provide comments on a proposed amendment to Section 220-2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Briarcliff Manor, New York to list Senior Care Community as a Special Permit Use within Residence Districts Subject to Special Standards and Requirements.  

7.      ZBA CASES:
V-3-2014        -       Orce            455 Sleepy Hollow Road
An application for a building permit to construct an addition and alteration to a detached garage at an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 9A One Side Yard Minimum Yard Dimension and Column 18 Maximum Height of an Accessory Building of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.  

8.      VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT:  The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.

10.     NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for July 8, 2014. The next submission date for applicants is June 20, 2014.
