REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
- PB-13-2013 – SLEEPY HOLLOW COUNTRY CLUB – SITE PLAN AMENDMENT, VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 131 ( FRESHWATER WETLANDS PERMIT): The Planning Board will review a resolution of approval for an application to amend a site plan and for a freshwater wetlands permit. The property is located at 777 Albany Post Road.
- PB-8-2013- BRIARCLIFF VENTURES – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for an approval of a 4 lot subdivision for a 6.22 acre property located at 51 Central Drive.
- ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT- The Board of Trustees has requested that the Planning Board provide comments on a proposed amendment to Chapter 220-2 relative to the definition of a Continuing Care Retirement Community (“CCRC”).
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
- NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for May 13, 2014. The next submission date for applicants is April 25, 2014.
