REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
- PB-5-2013 – SALEH –VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-15, PROTECTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES REVIEW (STEEP SLOPES APPROVAL) AND VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-9.2 MANDATORY TREE PLANTING PLAN (MTPP): The Planning Board will review an application for a steep slopes permit and tree planting plan to construct a single family dwelling. The property is located at 22 Ridgecrest Road.
- PB-12-2013-URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES (SUBWAY) –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located at 1924 Pleasantville Road.
- PB-13-2013 – SLEEPY HOLLOW COUNTRY CLUB – SITE PLAN AMENDMENT, VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 131 ( FRESHWATER WETLANDS PERMIT) AND SPECIAL USE PERMIT RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Board will provide a recommendation to the Board of Trustees for an amendment to a Special Use Permit and review an application to amend a site plan and for a freshwater wetlands permit. The property is located at 777 Albany Post Road.
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.

- NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for January 14, 2014. The next submission date for applicants is December 27, 2013.
