REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
- PB-6-2012- STAUFFER – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for an approval of a 4 lot subdivision for a 4.9 acre property located at 238 Chappaqua Road.
- PB-11-2012-1245 PLEASANTVILLE, LLC –SITE PLAN APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Site Plan Approval for the installation of a retaining wall. The property is located at 1245 Pleasantville Road.
- PB-1-2013-ADVANCE AUTO PARTS –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located at 231 South Avenue.
- PB-2-2013-TWIST –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located at 1136 Pleasantville Road.
- ZBA CASES:
- V-1-2013 - Scarsella 91 Ridgecrest Road
An application to construct a deck addition to an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Footnote 3B, Maximum Gross Floor Area of Schedule 220 Attachment 2:1 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
