REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.
- PB-3-2012- ASH RIDGE REALTY – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will continue a Public Hearing and review an application for an approval of a 3 lot subdivision for a 20.5 acre property located at 508 Scarborough Road. Will be adjourned to the October 9, 2012 meeting.
- PB-5-2012 – FAITH LUTHERAN BRETHREN CHURCH –SPECIAL PERMIT REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION, SITE PLAN APPROVAL AND VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-15, PROTECTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES REVIEW (STEEP SLOPES APPROVAL): The Planning Board will provide a recommendation to the Board of Trustees for an amendment to a Special Use Permit and review an application for site plan approval to
re-grade and fill a portion of the property at an existing Church. The property is located at 480 Pleasantville Road.
- ZBA CASES:
- V-4-2012 - Holzman 104 Long Hill Road
An application to construct a carport at an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 8, Front Yard Dimension of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.

- NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for October 9, 2012. The next submission date for applicants is September 21, 2012.
