- PUBLIC HEARING PB-6-2010- URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES INC. CHILMARK SHOPPING CENTER – SITE PLAN AMENDMENT: The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing and review an application to amend a site plan. The property is located on Pleasantville Road.
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.

- April 10, 2012 Regular Meeting
- NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for June 12, 2012. The next submission date for applicants is May 25, 2012.
