REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.

  • CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING PB-6-2010- URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES INC.  CHILMARK SHOPPING CENTER – SITE PLAN AMENDMENT: The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing and review an application to amend a site plan.  The property is located on Pleasantville Road.  ADJOURNED TO JULY 12, 2011.   
  • PB-03-2006 - TRUMP – SITE PLAN AMENDMENT:  The Planning Board will review an application to construct a Golf Pro Shop and Cottage Building on the existing golf course located at 339 Pine Road.
  • PB-8-2011 PRAEGER- SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a two lot subdivision for a 5.9 acre property.  The property is located at 57 Becker Lane.  
  • PB-9-2011 – BETSI HILL –VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-15, PROTECTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES REVIEW (STEEP SLOPES APPROVAL): The Planning Board will review an application to construct a two-story addition to an existing single family dwelling.  The property is located at 151 Ridgecrest Road.
  • PB-10-2011- THE CLEARVIEW SCHOOL - SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application to subdivide the property separating the area on which the residence is currently located (4+ acres) from the remaining parcel (17+ acres).  The property is located at 550 Albany Post Road and located in the R30A Zoning District.  
  • PB-11-2011- T-MOBILE NORTHEAST LLC - SPECIAL USE PERMIT REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION - The Board of Trustees has directed said application to the Planning Board for a review and recommendation on a special use permit.  The property is located at 10 Buckhout Road.  
  • PB-6-2011- ROSECLIFF HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION – SIGN PERMIT: The Planning Board will review an application for a sign permit for an existing development located at Wilderness Way.  
  • VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT:  The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
