- PUBLIC HEARING PB-6-2010- URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES INC. CHILMARK SHOPPING CENTER – SITE PLAN AMENDMENT: The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing and review an application to amend a site plan. The property is located on Pleasantville Road.
- PUBLIC HEARING PB-4-2011- COMSTOCK DEVELOPMENT – SITE PLAN APPROVAL: The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing and review an application for site plan approval. The property is located at 445 North State Road.
- VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
