  • PB-1-2008- THE CLUB AT BRIARCLIFF MANOR AMENDED SITE PLAN, WETLAND, STEEP SLOPE REVIEW (CLASSIC RESIDENCE BY HYATT):  The Planning Board will review an application from Briarcliff Manor Investors LLC (BMI) to modify an amendment to the site plan previously granted for a Continuing Care Retirement Community containing a total of 385 living units and support facilities on this site. The property is located at Scarborough Road, Lodge Road, and Central Drive and was formerly owned by The Kings College.
  • ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT- The Board of Trustees has requested that the Planning Board provide comments on proposed amendments to Chapter 220-16, Zoning, Nonconforming Buildings, Lots and Uses and Chapter 220-3, Zoning, to establish a new R80A Single Family Residence District.

An application for a building permit to construct a new pool house with cupola to an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 6, Maximum Percent of Lot to be Occupied by a Principal Building of Schedule 220:A11 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
