REGULAR MEETING– 8:00 P.M.

  • PB-2-2008 – MANOR HOLDING CORP (1159-1175 PLEASANTVILLE ROAD) SITE PLAN APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application to approve a site plan to construct a retaining wall, re-grade and re-pave the existing parking area.  The property is located at 1159-1175 Pleasantville Road and is developed with an existing multi-tenant building.  
  • PB-12-2009 – VERIZON WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS (SCARBOROUGH PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH) AMEND SPECIAL USE PERMIT, REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION AND SITE PLAN AMENDMENT:  The Board of Trustees has directed said application to the Planning Board for a review and recommendation to amend a special use permit. The Planning Board will further review the application to amend an existing site plan to install a generator.  The property is located at the corner of Albany Post Road and Scarborough Road.
