REGULAR MEETING– 8:00 P.M.

  • PB-3-2009- EMIGRANT BANK – SITE PLAN AMENDMENT: The Planning Board will review an application to amend a site plan to modify existing parking lot striping and the entrance walkway for purposes of accessibility and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.  The property is located at 320 Old Briarcliff Road.  
  • PB-4-2009-JOSEPH SHAIN, VILLAGE CODE CHAPTER 220-15, PROTECTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES REVIEW (STEEP SLOPES APPROVAL) AND CHAPTER 220-9.2 MANDATORY TREE PLANTING PLAN (MTPP):  The Planning Board will review an application for a steep slopes permit and a tree planting plan to construct a new single family dwelling.  The property is located at 225 Central Drive.
  • PB-8-2009-SCARBOROUGH_FIREHOUSE-REVIEW_AND RECOMMENDATION ON SITE PLAN:  The Village Engineer will provide a status update on the Scarborough Firehouse.  The property is located at 591 Scarborough Rd.

An application for a building permit to construct a sunroom at the rear of an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 6, Maximum Percent of Lot to Be Occupied for Principal Building of Schedule 220:A5 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
